Sensitive Mommy: Recipe {Maple Glazed Carrots}

Need a healthy, allergy free, kid-friendly side dish in a snap? Look no further!

Maple Glazed Carrots are a sweet, crisp addition that will dress up any meal quickly.

- 1 Bag of Peeled Carrots
- 3 Tablespoons of Pure Canadian Maple Syrup (see note  below) - 1 Tablespoon of oil. We use 100% Canola or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch of Oregano
- Pinch or 2 of Sea Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Pour carrots, maple syrup, and oil in a casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle with oregano and sea salt.
  3. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.

Delicious  and bright addition to your boring chicken dish.

note soy allergic or super sensitive kids and parents should avoid Maple Syrup with a defoaming agent added, as it is generally soy.
