Sensitive Mommy: Paleo Egg Wrap
Today I’m going to be quick, mainly because my kids are stir crazy and need to be entertained at all times.
Paleo Egg Wraps are amazingly simple to make and make eating breakfast a little more fun, especially on Whole30, when pancakes and paleo breakfast staples are forbidden.
The hardest part for me was finding arrowroot powder. Arrowroot powder acts as a binder, giving these Paleo Egg Wraps a little more bend and flexibility. To make things easier for you here are some links to arrowroot powder. You can also find it at many healthier grocers, except when I go and it is sold out.
You don’t need to go Paleo or Whole30 to make a Paleo Egg Wrap. Everyone in the family can enjoy one, unless you have an egg allergy or are vegan. Now follow the directions, add some yummy toppings, and enjoy a spin on eggs for breakfast.
At last, your Paleo Egg Wrap is ready to be filled and rolled.
