We really love pizza, out problem is finding gluten free pizza. At the GFAF Expo we discovered Smart Flour Foods Pizza. We were happy to try their gluten free pizza samples, but sad they didn’t bring their pizza crusts plain. Smart Flour Foods sells delicious, pre-made gluten free frozen pizzas with wonderful toppings and high quality ingredients. Unfortunately for Captain they use traditionally dairy cheese, which he really can’t tolerate much of. Read More

This is part to to my list of 52 Gluten Free Cereals that are certified gluten free. For more info on what “certified gluten free” means go here or here. Today I will list the cereals that might- kinda- sorta- be not containing gluten, shelf stable without gluten, or not contain gluten ingredients. This is a glitch in the GF system. The lovely people at Bold Organics can sure make a vegan pizza free of gluten, dairy, and egg. It contains soy though, so my soy free friends can make their own DIY Udi’s Pizza or have it delivered via Pizza Hut if you dare. Here is the product link. Bold Organocs GF Vegan Pizza is the best frozen GF DF pizza we have found. It has a soft crust that crisps up nicely. Read More
